Reiki Training

Reiki level 1 – Intro to Reiki, objectives, basic mediation, grounding, clearing exercises and level 1 symbology. You will learn one of 3 main symbols.
Duration: 1hr class once a week for 3 weeks; followed by initiation, probationary period and confirmation. This last part takes 3 weeks. Total duration 6 weeks.

Reiki level 2 - Further introduction to symbology. You will learn the next two of 3 symbols. You will practice basic meditation, grounding, prep routine and self-healing. Practice (instructor/student) is introduced and emphasized.
Duration: 1hr class once a week for 3 weeks; followed by initiation, probationary period and confirmation. This last part takes 3 weeks. Total duration 6 weeks.

Reiki level 3 - Continued discussion, meditation, prep, self-healing and introduction of the “Master” symbol and symbol for session close-out.
Duration: 1hr class once a week for 3 weeks; followed by initiation, probationary period and confirmation. This last part takes 3 weeks. Total duration 6 weeks.

Kamy was highly skilled and intuitive, addressing not just physical tension but also focusing on the energy flow throughout my body.
